A. Flatbed Trailer (Conventional Skeletal)

B. 3 layer Floor (Sandwich Type)

Made up of two layers of steel on top and bottom, with a layer of wood in between.

A. 3 pc Skeletal (Flatbed Trailer)

B. Single Layer Floor (Half Pipe Design)

Body volume increased up to 2 cbm. Well proven design in the market. Body life extended in comparison with standard bodies available in the market.



Project type

Create a new Tipping Trailer for multipurpose application (sand aggregate, rock overburden, etc.) by making a new design of trailer which weighs (15000 kg) equal to common rock trailers.

  • Sand and Aggregate @ 1.6 Kg/ cm3
  • Self weight of trailer all inclusive of Axles, Suspensions, Tyres, Rims & Hydraulic Cylinders and Wet Kits = 15400 Kg

  • Common Trailer for Sand & Aggregate and Rock & Overburden trailers
  • Self weight of trailer all inclusive of Axles, Suspensions, Tyres, Rims & Hydraulic Cylinders and Wet Kits = < 15000 K
